YC112-24-12

Well not been on here as much but then alot has been going on. First off I have recently left Terra Hawks due to constant CTA's, the inability to make any money in the system we was given to look after and the way some corp members had an elitetis outlook on other members. So I said my farewells and left before I snapped and burnt all the bridges I had made. I have flown with some of the best in my opinion and will never forget that good times we had, but as with everything nothing lasts and it was time to move on.

As I was moving my assets out of Catch I was sent an invitation by an old friend CatTBE. He mentioned that he and some others from Terra Hawks was going to set up a new corp and would I be intrested in joining them. After a chat about the direction of this new venture and where we will try and be I decided to say yes and throw my lot in with them. Its been only a few days but we already have a POS up in Empire and things are starting to take shape. Its a relief to get away from 0.0 and relax and have some good old fun working for my old agents. With no one shouting over the comms or telling me to get in fleet and fly what kind of ships. Not told Nemesha yet my Empire contact I was going to join up with her for the festive season and then we would both head out. I will tell her just going to make sure I am at least 20 light years away when I do it.

Took delivery of a new ship this week also, the Loki is final finished. When I went to the hanger and saw it there my eyes seemed to slide off its sleek hull not sure if this was due to the stealth systems involved or the way its shields seem to shimmer with latent readiation. Will enjoy putting it through its paces and see how it deals with the missions I will be sent on by the agents. Its true test will come when I am out scanning down sites. Also I have been looking at the new Noctis ship that is being produced by the ORE corperation its main use is for salvaging the wrecks that can litter space. no doubt some pilots will take it up on themselves to become the New Eden binmen.

YC112-19-11

In my last entry I mentioned about packing it all in and heading back to Empire due to the restriction being put on me by the corp and alliance. Well I had a chat with one of the CEO's and was told that it was ok to stay and defend the system we are now in during a CTA. So I am going to stay a while longer.
Someone in the corp has mentioned my interest in moon mining to a younger pilot, not to happy about this as I was hoping to do this venture on my own. But seeing as we all got to share the system and its resources I guess a 50/50 split wont be that bad a deal. All I need to make sure is how much POS fuel we can produce per month then that will decide on what size tower we can put up and run with minimal cost to us and to make maximum profit. Would like a medium tower at least but in the next couple of weeks I will know if this will be a viable option.
Jacklies 90 and I found a Sansha military base in our new home system KB-U56 in the Catch region. It was a disturbing site to see this place. Unfortunately we couldn't save any of the slaves or prisoners as they were to far gone so left with the only option of blowing up the base we set too with guns and missiles. The Sansha makes my skin crawl if out of any of the pirate factions I had to deal with it would be the Gurista.

Fighting still rages on, the alliance has redeployed to the Impass region to bolster the Cricle of Two forces and their fight against -A- and their allies.
Last night was a long one, the balloon went up and everyone had to muster up and get in fleets. There were a lot of structures coming out of reinforcement mode and their station managers were screaming for assistance from the capsuleers to help defend them. The fleet I was in got posted to K-X5AX in Feythabolis region here we held the line with small ships and cruisers that were cut off from the main fleet. The fleet saw a lot of fighting in this system and thanks to our scanners we managed to kill a lot of enemy ships.   Not really sure on the overall outcome but I know the fleet I was in did very well against superior numbers.

YC112-05-11

Starting to get tired of all the shouting from alliance HQ. They are in the pattern of saying "Do this, do that, go here, go there. Jump now, no don't ask how high we tell you. Train for this ship stop flying that ship." Well guess what I have had enough. Decided after reading an internal mail to move my assets out back to Empire and quit Terra Hawks. I came out here to make something out of nothing, I was told a lie. As what I was told we was going to do was never on the cards in the first place. Nor will it ever be.

Time for me to move on probably go back to Beta Industries for a while I hear they may need combat pilots to help out in a war, as well as their wormhole operations. As for null sec or 0.0 space its OK but nothing to write home about when you got people yelling at you on how you live and die at their behest. Life in Y-JKJ8 was good while it lasted. I have no bitter feelings towards those that I leave behind, but i do wish them the best and hope they do well. In time I may return to them if they would have me back, but my mind is made up and I will be going this weekend. My last act will be the destruction of the command centers on the planets in our new home system.

The yearning of going back into the unknown reaches of Wormhole space is tugging hard on my soul as well and the sirens call from them is so compelling it is hard to ignore.

Can you imagine what I would do if I could do all I can?

YC112-19-10

Well the application was sent in to the new alliance, we are now fighting against -A- and whats left of their allies. Initiative Mercenaries took us in with open arms and actually made us feel welcome instead of a grind stone round their necks like the leaders at -A- did. As I write this entry -A- have nearly lost all their space most of the  combat that now goes on is a clean up operation of what assets they have left in Catch. Will teach them to cast aside assets and corps that can and are willing to help.
When in war you have to make use of all tools and weapons at your disposal. Not discard them thinking your elite force will win the day.

Not all things have been rosy though, we still do not have our own system yet we was promised one and money is starting to run out and that means people will either move away from the combat arena or leave the corp for a few months to recoup their losses. This can be a bad thing as we are in a vulnerable time where it would not take a large force to come and take what Initiative have already taken off -A-. We need to settle the open space as soon as possible and solidify our position here in Catch, or we risk overstretching ourselves to the point where we will not be able to defend all the systems effectively.  Its simple military ethics where allot of leaders fall down on when they get over confident.

The fleet saw a huge operation last night, we had over 100 pilots jumping into TWJ-AW, I was flying my Typhoon class battleship fitted with cruise missiles and drones. From my position I watched  bomb after bomb land on our fleet of noble pilots and their crews and within minutes the area around the station was littered with wrecks and floating bodies. I lost my ship to a volley of Electron bombs from the stealth bombers that were on the field from the Stain Empire. I tried to stay as long as possible to watch the outcome of the battle but with the amount of hostiles in and around the system I decided flight was a better option than waking up choking on my clone vat goo.

YC112-04-10

My Empire contact sent me a nice mail in it she tells of the wars end between her corp and a mercenary group, and that her research can now continue without any more external problems.
Terra Hawks mean while have moved alliances we are now fighting for Initiative Mercenaries rather than against them, -A- pissed us all off with a snotty email so the vote was unanimous we left -A- Citizens and switched sides. Some of you may think this is a bad thing, but after the way we were spoken to by -A- and their treatment towards so called allies it makes a nice change to feel your actually wanted or needed on the battle field. This can do wonders for a corps moral and a pilots ability to keep a cool head. As for the war it is going well, system after system and station after station are falling to Initiative corps as they gain a bigger foothold in the Catch region of New Eden.  As for a new home system that information is still to be decided upon as the dust is yet to settle from this conflict, but I am hoping we can grab a station system where we can build up some kind of trade hub and start to manufacture items for the local area and alliance.

I had to sell most of my ships in LGK-VP as we did not have the room in the carriers to move them out to safety, so I lost a lot of ISK in this move. It broke my heart to decommission Angels Grace my Tempest class battleship, as she was being taken apart by the station crew I walked along the gang planks that lined her hull running my hand along some of her battle scars she had got from fighting the Angel Cartel in Y-JKJ8.  Now I need to sit back and hunt the local pirates for their CONCORD bounties, but as I do this an idea is forming on how I can make this easier to achieve and to future proof any industry we manage to create up here. To do this though I will need a dedicated ship that can fit numerous roles, the new tech III strategic cruisers would be idea for this venture so I am going to have to give my contact a cash injection into the LOKI project to move things along a bit faster. Started to train Cynosural Field Theory again, I am going to stick with the program to get as much knowledge out of it as I can because if I pass this exam I can then try for my Black Ops battleship. With this under my belt I can then try for Carrier pilot, Elders know we need more than what we have at present. Also having a Black Ops fleet in corp can give us an extra edge in a fleet battle.

As i write this though our corporation is regrouping and gaining strength once more as whispers come in of new members willing to join the fight and risk everything to live out here on the edge. The capsuleers and their crews that arrive will be welcomed, and can take a great strain off some of our pilots that need to rest up from their tours in Catch.

YC112-23-09

A new week and a new entry. Holy crap what a week it has been as well, the alliance -A-C has fallen as fast a whores' knickers on pay day and -A- has been kicked from pillar to post. Our corporation is in disarray with members scattered all over New Eden after heavy fighting in GE-8JV and HED-GP.
The directors have made a decision to relocate they wont say where though which I guess is a good thing as you never know who will sell you out. Some of us are staying back in Y-JKJ8 to look after things there, but we are seeing a lot of enemy traffic now in small fast cloaking ships sometimes stealth bombers and the odd time a blockade runner. We have managed to stop a few of them but resources are now running low inside our POS, not sure how much longer we can hold on for reinforcements if they come at all. Been given a few offers to turn coats and fly the colours of the enemy alliances that are taking the region, but I have given my views on that. Would rather put a rocket up their collective arses and kick them out of our space.

Got a disturbing mail from my contact in Empire space. Her corp has been given a declaration of war, this means our projects have stopped. She has no fighting experience so I have told her to stay put in the station and take time out. I hope those bastards are not trying to get to me through her, if that's the case then it will be enough to bring me back to Empire to kick their arses. I ran some background checks on the enemy corp that is targeting her corp and the information shows they only hit soft targets and miners. Oxygen thieves the lot of them. But with the bad news comes some good which is always nice to read.

My contact has told me they have been invited to join an alliance which will give them access to high end technology and materials. They just got to smooth over the details of the partnership and sign contracts then its as good as done. With the troubles in nul sec for my corp and her troubles in Empire space I doubt I will be seeing her anytime soon.

YC112-19-09

Well the shit has hit the fan. White Noise, Pandemic Legion and Circle of Two have invaded our alliance space. So far HED-GP, GE-8JPV has been hit hard two of our main stations that sees a lot of trade and traffic has been besieged now for nearly a week. All systems between have seen heavy fighting, some of the alliances corps have fled the area and returning to Empire to save what they can. I say they are cowards living off the backs of -A-. Terra Hawks though have decided to stay till the end which means we will throw everything we can into the fight till the end, the only way they are ever going to get us out is via a crowbar.
The IT alliance hit HED-GP hard but then turned round and helped us last night in the CTA not sure what that was about to be honest. I would of wanted to smack them as well for doing what they did. But then that's why I am no diplomat. Been a long time since I seen a fleet assemble of that size to go and defend GE-8JVP station and system. Over 300 pilots turned up to lay down their lives and lives of their crews to liberate GE Collective. I lost two Hurricane's battlecruiser class warships, most of the crew hands made it out in escape pods but some got caught in neutron bomb blasts from the enemy. Their names will not be forgotten.

I have also noted that with some of the corps leaving -A-C space they are leaving large pockets of systems undefended and sometimes stations. Circle of Two are now moving into these systems and claiming them for their own including the station in FR-B1H. This can only mean more traffic through our home system and trouble for the coming weeks as they go on roams looking for easy kills. I say easy kills in truth they look for helpless miners and industrial ships to kill and pirate off. One group of cowards leave FR-B1H and another group of cowards move in. I swear there will be a reckoning once the fighting settles down in Catch.

My main concern is that I said this would happen two weeks ago at the last corp meeting and no one listened to me. Sometimes I wonder if this foresight of future events is a curse or a blessing, one thing worries me more than anything else. If GE falls the alliance will crumble, call it instinct or a gut feeling either way its how I see the station as a keystone to our operations. May the Elders watch over us all.

YC112-09-09

Woke to the news of one of our allied alliances crumbling to enemy fire in the north of Catch region. Atlas Alliance is no more. The standings were reset and now if the remnants of the old alliance shows up we have been cleared to shoot on sight. The Northern Coalition have started to push hard, the through fair in our own system is seeing more and more enemies passing through. Or those that do manage to escape from our wrath that is.

In light of all this the Initiative Mercenaries tried to take the system WD-VTV which sits next door to SV5-8N. This is too close for comfort, their little insurrection didn't last very long as a allied fleet gathered together and kicked them out. As for future events that may happen this may of been a diversion or a sign of things to come on how the North plans to fight this campaign. At the present my assumptions are just speculations as to what may happen. All I do know is that the system were we are is a viable target, although none of my corp mates feel the same way. They look at tactics a different way than me though, but the ancient art of warfare hasn't changed over the ages of humanity.

Well it looks like one of my investments in my contact is starting to pay off. She sent me a vid mail telling me of the Jaguar and Hound blueprints she has researched. And has asked me for permission to go ahead with the Vargur Project and the Loki Project. She is apparently going to fund the building of the ships which is nice to hear, and I will buy the fittings for them no doubt I will also have to find a competent crew also. Must say I am proud of the lass she has done well since I found her. I wonder if I can coax her to move out here with me, the company would be nice. Better than sitting in the bar with 20 or so blokes all stinking of pod goo drinking vodka all night like it is at the moment. Of course when she has completed the building of the ships I will have to visit and test fly them. Also gives me an excuse to see her as well.

The decision to take down the moon miners was made today in the last meeting we all had. I am worried about what the unions will do to us when the find out that we just layed off over 500 employees from our station admin and factory production lines. The others are more worried about profit margins and how much fuel its been a waste of. Bloody Caldari again looking at facts and figures not at the lives and people behind them. I just hope I can go and talk to some of the union heads and cool them down, maybe if I dip into my own personal funds and buy them all tickets back to Empire may go some way to helping their problems now in this unclear economic climate. Ha who would of thought it me a politician? After all the fighting I have seen, my past as a slave to the Ammar and mercenary work I have done. Maybe with age comes a certain wisdom or maybe I am getting soft in my old age. Was a time I would of let them off station in shuttles then blew them out of the sky. Saves the hassle of law suits latter on, my old co-pilot Martigan would be laughing at me now, by the Ancestors I miss him. Its been near on 5 years since he passed away of old age in Hek with his family. I guess that's the price of immortality as a capsuleer. We never grow old and can never die due to the clone technology. Makes me wonder if we also loose our own humanity with each death we experience, I still walk with my crew and make sure I know their names and faces. Its one way I can live with what I have become and know that each time we go out not only is our corp at risk but also the lives of My crew. Its My job to get them home safely, and if I don't its them who pay the ultimate price.

YC112-25-08

Administration duties seem to be taking up their time with me at the moment. How much fuel do we have left for the Stations, ammunition reserves, do we need more minerals to build more in house?

This job has become difficult challenging since our freighter pilot moved to a different corporation. Without regular supply runs from Empire we are having to scrape by what we can find and do in Y-J. If anything its making us more self sufficient and less reliant on the markets in Empire.

There is a strange calm over the general area where we make home, I got a bad feeling this is the calm before the storm and we are going to be thrust into the middle of a large scale conflict. Main reason I think this, is that there have been rumblings in and around the Catch region and not all of them are good. I hear on the extra-net that Atlas Alliance is crumbling under the Northern Collation forces. This could be a harsh time for -A- and -A-C as they fought against them with the IT alliance a while back before withdrawing.
My thirst for blood was quenched the other night when a booster runner tried to fly through our home system in a Reaper class frigate Angel and I chased him out into AFJ where we managed to lock him down in a warp disruption bubble. His pod got away but I felt if I stayed in the bubble he would come back to make a break for it out of the system. And sure enough my experience in reading people was correct, he came back and got caught in the same bubble where I was waiting for him. My Wolf locked him scrambled his pods warp core and the auto-cannons sang into life as his pod was ripped apart. Didn't know the guys name nor do I care, people are going to learn one way or another if your not friendly towards us then your going to be waking up choking on your clone vat goo.

OOC post.

Well took a week off work was hoping to get some serious Eve Time in game but things kind of turned inside out and upside down. So no real game time for me other than checking POS fuels and planets. In the time I have had though I decided to install Oblivion again and play around with some game mods. Already finished the game in vanilla mode. Got a really nice list of mods that all seem to work well together and make the game a better experience in my eyes.
Will get back into Eve when I have more time on my hands as for now I will leave you with this picture of me in Cyrodiil.

YC112-29-07

This week we saw the Angels trying to gain a foothold in our system again. They had somehow managed to get in undetected and set up a forward military operations base and factory units. It was just pure luck that I decided to do a scan for wormholes that they showed up. We managed to get a fleet together and go in through the first acceleration gate. The fire came in thick and fast. My crew worked hard to keep the shield array couplings cool on my Tempest class battleship Angels Grace. But my admiration goes out to Captain Pip who flew logistics and Hoon who took in a Vargur marauder class battleship. If it was not for these two ships we would of lost assets in there.  Steps will have to be taken to make sure this kind of thing does not happen to often. It could be the fact the guys up at the system infrastructure hub may need some planet time. Will mention this at the next corp meeting.

Just of late we have had some guys trying to get through our system in industrial ships carting various cargo's. Not sure what they are up to but so far each one has been destroyed, they know the risks yet they still try to move expensive equipment through hostile space. Even found a star base in some of the wreckage, our techs managed to repair the superficial damage to it. Their escort managed to get away in a Condor frigate class ship and he stayed out of reach cloaked up.

My planet command centers are working well they are now pushing out at 100% efficiency, we are starting to get an abundance of oxygen so I may switch things over to produce less of the oxygen and move production to mechanical parts and coolant. Will have to see the projected results at the end of the month before I make that decision as decommissioning extractors and setting up new ones cost ISK.

Was woken up by the alarm of a urgent message from the station crew, I had taken some sleeping meds to help with the nightmares so it was a few hours after the event. A spy had managed to gain entry into our corp and call in a enemy carrier of Pandemic Legion. They managed to get away with around an estimated cost of 30 billion ISK of assets and also destroyed a alliance Roqual. The spies name was Dragonmede, full measures were taken to help minimize the loss and to stop it happening again. I lost the Rapier class ship called Normandy, a pittance compared to a corp mate who had a Vargur stolen from him. Has this weakened the corp ? No I think it has made us stronger from it. As for revenge? My contacts know what happened and the feelers are out on this one the thief can run but he wont hide. I will be getting my pound of flesh from his rotting corpse as soon as its spaced.

On a lighter note my contact in Empire called me to a meeting with her. So I jumped clones down to Korama where she is based. I was a day early so I took her out for dinner and stayed the night at her place. I woke next morning finding my wallet 500 million ISK lighter and a message of thanks from her saying it will be worth every penny. Why do I get suckered in every time she calls its always for money. But then I guess its worth it to see those legs and smile.

There have been some resistance to my idea of an outpost, mainly from the Caldarians in the corp. Not sure how to get them on my side may just have to shoot them in the foot to make sure they see my point of view. They moan about it not belonging to the corp and that the alliance would take it off us, and how much work it would need and ISK. They cant seem to see that its not a project that's going to be done over night. Nor are we going to put into place without some kind of deal from the alliance. Its a great bargaining chip to wave about in the alliance leaders faces. Either way the wind blows on this one I have given my contact in Empire the go ahead and will supply the funds to start building a outpost package. If the corp doesn't want it then I can sell it on the open market. I guess I will be seeing more of her in the future, which is not always a bad thing.

Entry 1: Bringing you up to speed.

Been 5 long months since we left Empire and set up down in the Impass region. Out here we make our own laws and rules that everyone in the alliance lives by. You got to stick together or your going to end up getting your ship and crew blown up by the Angel Cartel, or random capsuleers who think they can do what they like because CONCORD has no authority out here. Some of these jokers wake up choking on their clone liquid, the lucky ones run in their capsule while we pick through the wreck for salvage.

Decided to write a sort of captains log, like what you see in the old holo vids about a ships captain trekking through space. Might take my mind off the politics that goes on, can't stand politics. Learnt my negotiating skills by pointing a gun at Amarr faces and telling them what I want. Slave trading bastards the lot of them, just a pity the Elders had to withdraw when we attacked. Should of wiped them from the face of New Eden, ha the day we blew up CONCORD's main station. Beautiful.

Had a call to arms last night just as I was docking up from a long shift in the deadspace, one of our own was caught in O-SH1T by a enemy corp. I told my crew the situation there were some groans as we was all looking forward to hitting the local bars, but they stood with me. Got to love them for their dedication. We arrived and got our people out, as they jumped to safety an enemy ship jumped in with them. Was a small one man frigate which was shot and killed. Some pirate corp of capsuleers who call themselves the Pink Bunnies, relations to the Guristas I think or wanna be's. They keep pushing like they are doing they going to find we can push alot harder.

Kiran signing off.
