YC114-12-28

As a Minmatar pilot I love the Rifter hull, its sleek aggressive look coupled with speed and agility that no other frigate can match. The new tech from Thukker and the Brutor research labs has made the Jaguar and Wolf variants of the Rifter. This has added far more speed, firepower and defensive capabilities to the Rifter hull. So when the certificates became available to fly these new assault frigates I had to sign up to get the skills injected into my implants. I have trained long and hard to fly these machines of deadly beauty and in my last engagement that training paid off.

It was nearing the end of a routine patrol of FV-SE8 our home system in Stain. I set the computer calculating the warp back to station, when the fleet coms crackled into life.
"Rupture just jumped into system, hostile target." CatTBE reported the contact in his usual calm voice. "I have point".
I spun my camera drones around and saw his ship approaching the Rupture he was 30km away from my position. I silently cursed to myself knowing I had to act quickly to help him out or we was going to loose a ship and quite possibly two.

"I have no cap lost point." CatTBE's voice crackled over coms again the Rupture had a energy neutraliser as part of its weapon payload. My afterburners kicked in and I called for more power to be routed into the burn chambers. At 10km away I cut power to the afterburners so I did not overshoot the bogie which allowed them to cool down.
"I have long range point." Johnny's voice crackled into life. "He isn't going anywhere."
"Too late ships shields are gone, I am going down." The Crusader that CatTBE had been flying exploded, his capsule sped off to a safe spot deep in system.
"I am on target, have point." I replied to let my fleet know I was aggressing. This bastard was not going anywhere. My Jaguar turned into a tight 500m orbit. The hull of the ship pulsed into a rhythmic life as the auto cannon spun up and started to spit out their deadly payload of EMP charges.

"Ship capacitor empty."AURA  the ships computer responded as the enemy Rupture drained my energy reserves. A good tactic against any ship, but this time he had made a mistake. Draining energy reserves from a Minmatar ship will only destroy its defensive capabilities not its offensive ones so all he had done was shut down my warp scrambler which would stop him from using his micro warp drive, Johnny had a long range point on him anyway which would stop him from warping away to safety. As for my ships guns and rocket launcher they do not need ships capacitor to fire unlike the other races who seem to think they have superior weapon systems. My ship was travelling to fast for his ships guns to track me so each time he fired all he hit was empty space, it was when he was into armour he released his drones, now these could of given me problems, if I couldn't kill his cruiser before my shields were whittled away by the drones rapid fire.

"Shields now at peak recharge." AURA told me via the neural uplink. This meant my shields were recharging at a the fastest rate they were capable of and I was now flying on a knifes edge if this fight didn't end soon I would be eating space dust. I needed to buy myself some time even if it was a few seconds. The choice was made to switch overview to the drones and target them as my computer did this I turned off the rocket launcher to let it cool down. With the firing solutions calculated on the enemy drones I turned the rocket launcher onto them, while my main guns stayed on the Rupture.
Two drones down and AURA tells me that shields were now holding at 75%, the enemy cruiser was heavily damaged and ship sensors told me he had 40% of armour left. With no local armour repairer on his ship it was now just a matter of time to its destruction.

A few seconds latter and the enemy bogie exploded in a bright yellow bloom of light. To console himself the enemy captain made his one and only comment. " I would trade a Rupture for a Crusader any day of the week."
Looking at the battle report of the ISK lost his Rupture cost only 7 million ISK more than the Crusader. Often is the case though capsuleers forget the cost of life, one capsuleer can fly a ship with a lot less crew than a ship without, but still your basic cruiser has well over 100 crew members to run subsystems and to carry out running repairs. I just pray to the Elders they all got to their escape pods.

YC114-12-12

Between the last entry and this one not a lot has happend a corperation war against a insignificant corp, whome we crushed completly. My small venture into buying and running a small Mata Brandy wholesaler, which I sold for a nice tidy profit. Then my return to null sec, which has upset Nemesha. More so now she known what region we are located in.....That conversation was awkward to say the least. She tried to pry me from my capsule, which worked and we both happy for a time, but you can't pry the calling of the void from a capsuleers' soul. Sooner or latter you give in to the sirens call and head out into the unknown reaches far from the long arm of CONCORD and the safety of Empire Space.

"STAIN! You have got to be kidding me Kiran." I watched Nemesha through the vid link as she threw my clothes into a suitcase. I could she wasn't happy with me as she went about packing my belongings to throw me out of the appartment. Even though i was millions of light years away in Stain "You better not come back with Sansha implants." She finished and sat on the end of the our bed with her head in her hands. "I won't you know me Nem, I am Sebiestor through and through nothing but Republic sanctioned implants for me. Besides the guys and me will look out for one another." Her shoulders slumped forwards and she looked down at the floor. "Yeh I know baby, just be careful you hear. I want you back in one peace." With that the vid link went dead as she cut the comms her end. I would have to make it up to her latter big time.

That was three months ago, things between us have smoothed over. The corp though has moved bases back into Catch, and we are now  holding sov. Not sure for how long as the alliance we belong to are not very helpful and will expect some rent soon from us. I don't think we should pay it though as they can't seem to destroy an old unarmed -A- star base and they have yet to put the I-Hub online which would increase our scanning ability to find the hidden pirate bases in this sector.

YC113-10-9

Well alot of things have changed since my last entry. First is that we broke away from Terra Hawks and made a new corp up. Things have not been smooth sailing though. We have been and lived in The Great Wildlands of the Thukker tribe until a huge corporation came through the region and started to kill everyone in their path just for kicks. The experience though was not all bad but we did loose a couple of corp mates due to a fraction within the corp. Over all we learnt alot from that escapade.

We then started to look at living in wormholes but with a lack of active members we could only raid them not live in them. Over time we started to look around for an alliance that was laid back and would let us have more freedom than what we have experienced before in null sec. With luck I did find this alliance called Anti-Social Outcasts. With them we actually went back to Catch and lived in our old home of N-8BZ6 and the surrounding constellation. But a corp theft within the Inextremis corporation left the alliance struggling to pay the sov bill. So the call was sent out to get our assets out of the region and head back to our respective bases.

We are now looking at other options one of them is to concentrate on the Sansha incursions and build up an alliance round this sole goal of kicking them back to Stain. Nemesha has joined us now with my Blue Prints that I gave her to keep safe during my time in null sec. She will now look at getting the corp pos up and running and try and keep it between 80 to 100% full capacity.

We still have other options open to us and once the war dec we have at the moment is over we will be looking into them. The war dec is from another corp in Empire space, but the cowards have lost one ship and not undocked since. We have had a taste of their blood and now we want more.

Invincibility lies in the defence; the possibility of victory in the attack.

YC113-06-04

Well not really said alot here just of late, this is mainly due to being bussy trying to get our new corp up and running with all cylinders firing together. We all pulled together and worked hard to get things moving so we could settle in the Great Wildlands, and for a time we made it work there. Even though a few said we would not survive we managed to make ISK and have fun. We flew with some really great guys in the Yarr Alliance and some of us have gone with them to another region, but thankfully they are still in the corp.

I am at present trying to find a class 2 wormhole where we can set up a pos and farm the cluster, no luck there as each wormhole I go into is either occupied by a bigger force than we can muster or its entrance that is static leads to low sec or 0.0 space. I may have to look deeper into the wormholes if we are to find one to our liking. Maybe one which has a static to another wormhole.

YC113-16-1

Nemesha my Empire contact was mad as I expected for not joining her over in Caldari space, and she was even more upset over the loss of her Mackinaw to a small roaming gang of Thrasher capsuleers who destroyed it before CONCORD could respond.

Killorbekilled and I entered a wormhole where we did two sleeper sites in battle cruisers the ships AI said it was a class 3 by the readings and by rights we should not of managed to be as successful as we were. But with our combined skills and knowledge of the ships we flew the fighting didn't last long and we walked away with a nice amount of salvage and data nodes from them. Unfortunately the system we was in had a POS and the locals were keeping an eye on us via a stealth bomber. There was no action taken by them which surprised me as I was half expecting a bomb or a salvo of missiles coming towards us as we fought the sleepers. I guess not all people in 0.0 space shoot first which makes a change.

I have been busy of late as well to try and move the new corp out into nul sec and to get some standings along with a tower for a POS. The system has been chosen but the location will not be named due to security reasons, we all think this is the right move though and now we are getting friendly with the natives things are looking up for the corp. I noticed on the sovereignty maps that -A- are starting to push back the invaders of their space "The Initiative" and now -A- hold a few systems with outposts in them. I guess I got out of Catch at the right time, question is "Would I go back to 0.0 to hold or gain sovereignty  again?" And the answer would be a resounding no. There is nothing out there amongst the sov holders that I want or need, they focus to much on killing each other off and not enough on industry, science or wormholes. I will fight for corp and home, but I will not fight because someone tells me to.

YC112-24-12

Well not been on here as much but then alot has been going on. First off I have recently left Terra Hawks due to constant CTA's, the inability to make any money in the system we was given to look after and the way some corp members had an elitetis outlook on other members. So I said my farewells and left before I snapped and burnt all the bridges I had made. I have flown with some of the best in my opinion and will never forget that good times we had, but as with everything nothing lasts and it was time to move on.

As I was moving my assets out of Catch I was sent an invitation by an old friend CatTBE. He mentioned that he and some others from Terra Hawks was going to set up a new corp and would I be intrested in joining them. After a chat about the direction of this new venture and where we will try and be I decided to say yes and throw my lot in with them. Its been only a few days but we already have a POS up in Empire and things are starting to take shape. Its a relief to get away from 0.0 and relax and have some good old fun working for my old agents. With no one shouting over the comms or telling me to get in fleet and fly what kind of ships. Not told Nemesha yet my Empire contact I was going to join up with her for the festive season and then we would both head out. I will tell her just going to make sure I am at least 20 light years away when I do it.

Took delivery of a new ship this week also, the Loki is final finished. When I went to the hanger and saw it there my eyes seemed to slide off its sleek hull not sure if this was due to the stealth systems involved or the way its shields seem to shimmer with latent readiation. Will enjoy putting it through its paces and see how it deals with the missions I will be sent on by the agents. Its true test will come when I am out scanning down sites. Also I have been looking at the new Noctis ship that is being produced by the ORE corperation its main use is for salvaging the wrecks that can litter space. no doubt some pilots will take it up on themselves to become the New Eden binmen.

YC112-19-11

In my last entry I mentioned about packing it all in and heading back to Empire due to the restriction being put on me by the corp and alliance. Well I had a chat with one of the CEO's and was told that it was ok to stay and defend the system we are now in during a CTA. So I am going to stay a while longer.
Someone in the corp has mentioned my interest in moon mining to a younger pilot, not to happy about this as I was hoping to do this venture on my own. But seeing as we all got to share the system and its resources I guess a 50/50 split wont be that bad a deal. All I need to make sure is how much POS fuel we can produce per month then that will decide on what size tower we can put up and run with minimal cost to us and to make maximum profit. Would like a medium tower at least but in the next couple of weeks I will know if this will be a viable option.
Jacklies 90 and I found a Sansha military base in our new home system KB-U56 in the Catch region. It was a disturbing site to see this place. Unfortunately we couldn't save any of the slaves or prisoners as they were to far gone so left with the only option of blowing up the base we set too with guns and missiles. The Sansha makes my skin crawl if out of any of the pirate factions I had to deal with it would be the Gurista.

Fighting still rages on, the alliance has redeployed to the Impass region to bolster the Cricle of Two forces and their fight against -A- and their allies.
Last night was a long one, the balloon went up and everyone had to muster up and get in fleets. There were a lot of structures coming out of reinforcement mode and their station managers were screaming for assistance from the capsuleers to help defend them. The fleet I was in got posted to K-X5AX in Feythabolis region here we held the line with small ships and cruisers that were cut off from the main fleet. The fleet saw a lot of fighting in this system and thanks to our scanners we managed to kill a lot of enemy ships.   Not really sure on the overall outcome but I know the fleet I was in did very well against superior numbers.
